Returns, refunds and replacements
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller in writing within 7 working days of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Goods shall be returned in their original packaging by the Buyer to the Seller, after receipt of a Returns Authorisation Number. The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.
Outside of the above reasons products may only be returned to us with our prior agreement, at your expense, and according to our directions. Any products returned in contravention of any of the above will not be the subject of any refunds or replacements.
